Odoo Pricing: Plans, Licence Costs & What You’ll Actually Pay
A transparent breakdown of Odoo licence plans, implementation packages, hosting and support — so you can budget your ERP project properly before you talk to anyone.
How Odoo pricing is calculated
Odoo costs are never a single number. Four separate line items make up your total cost of ownership — and only one of them is paid to Odoo.
Odoo licence
A recurring per-user subscription paid to Odoo. Driven by user count and the plan you pick — not by how many apps you switch on.
Implementation
A one-time fee paid to Optima covering analysis, configuration, customization, data migration, integration and training.
Hosting
Included on Odoo Online. A separate annual cost on Odoo.sh or on your own servers if you need custom code or full data control.
Support
Post go-live maintenance, user questions, updates and new modules. Billed monthly or annually against an agreed scope.
Odoo licence plans
All Odoo plans are billed per user, per month. Adding more apps never changes your licence price — only your user count does.

What Odoo costs in year one
Three realistic scenarios combining licence, implementation and hosting. Year one is always the most expensive — from year two you pay licence, hosting and support only.
| Company profile | Licence / year | Implementation | Hosting / year | Year 1 total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Small team 5 users · 2 apps | $435 | $2,500 | Included | ≈ $2,935 |
Growing company 25 users · 5 apps | $2,175 | $7,500 | Included | ≈ $9,675 |
Established business 50 users · 8+ apps | $6,540 | $18,000 | $1,800 | ≈ $26,340 |
Estimates exclude optional support plans and any third-party integration licences.

Odoo pricing FAQ
The questions we get asked most about what Odoo really costs.
How much does Odoo cost in Lebanon?
Your total is made of four parts: the Odoo licence (from around $7.25 per user per month on annual billing), a one-time implementation fee (Optima packages start at $2,500), hosting (free on Odoo Online), and optional support. A 5-user business on two apps typically lands near $2,935 in year one, including implementation.
Is Odoo free?
Two things are free. Odoo Community is a free, open-source edition with a limited set of basic modules and no official support. Odoo Enterprise also offers a One App Free plan — a single app with unlimited users at no licence cost. Everything beyond that is a paid per-user subscription.
Does the licence price depend on how many apps I use?
No. Odoo bills per user, not per app. Once you are on the Standard or Custom plan you can activate every app without the licence changing. What does change is the implementation effort — more apps means more configuration, data and training.
What is the difference between Standard and Custom?
Standard runs on Odoo Online with the standard apps. Custom adds Odoo Studio, external API access, multi-company, and the ability to run on Odoo.sh or your own servers with custom code. If you need bespoke modules or integrations with existing systems, you need Custom.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused Starter rollout on one or two apps takes 3–4 weeks. A cross-department Growth project runs 6–10 weeks. Multi-entity Enterprise programmes typically run 12 weeks or more with a phased rollout. Timeline is driven by decision speed and data readiness far more than by technology.
Do I have to pay for implementation separately?
Yes. The Odoo subscription only gives you the software. Configuring it around your processes, migrating your data, integrating other systems and training your team is delivered by a partner like Optima and quoted as a one-time project fee.
Which hosting option should I choose?
Choose Odoo Online if standard functionality covers you — it is included and requires zero maintenance. Choose Odoo.sh if you need custom modules but want managed infrastructure. Choose on-premise only if data residency, compliance or offline operation genuinely require it, because you then own updates, security and backups.
Can I migrate from an older Odoo version or another ERP?
Yes. We migrate from older Odoo versions, from QuickBooks and Sage, and from custom or spreadsheet-based systems. Migration scope depends on data volume and cleanliness, and we scope it during discovery before committing to a number.
What happens after go-live?
Every Optima package includes a post go-live support window — 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth. After that you can move onto an Essential, Business or Dedicated support plan, or work with us ad hoc on an hourly basis.
Are these prices final?
Licence figures on this page are indicative and were last verified in August 2026; Odoo adjusts list pricing and runs regional promotions, so we confirm the exact number for your user count when we quote. Implementation and support prices are Optima's own and are fixed in writing before any work starts.
